Barks n‘ Rec offers lots of extracurricular activities for you and your pooch to participate. We host up to 4 play sessions each week depending on the season. In addition, BnR hosts breed parties, rescue fundraisers, one of a kind Christmas photos, dog blood drives, CPR clinics, offsite daycare, dog yoga, singles nights and many more fun events. Check our calendar often to ensure you don’t miss the next one. If you are part of a breed/rescue group or have an idea to share, please let us know we would love to help and host. We hope to see you soon, 2 legs or 4.
All dogs must have completed their second set of vaccinations, and be on vet approved heartworm/flea/tick medication to participate in our play sessions, parties and events. Please bring with you your dogs up to date vaccination records (DHPP/D2AP-Rabbies-Bordetella) + proof of flea/tick prevention, both available from your vet. *Health and safety of all our canine clients comes first, entrance to BnR will be denied without proof of vaccination records.
All dogs must be well socialized, non aggressive towards other dogs, toys, food or people. Each dog’s behavior must be controlled. Dogs displaying disruptive behavior including mounting, excessive barking, bullying and marking in the facility will be asked to leave. Barks n Rec staff are on hand at all times to ensure a safe, fun and friendly atmosphere for both two and four legged participants.
